We welcomed Afton Cynthia Rogers into our world on Wednesday October 13th at 11:37am. She was 7lbs. 7 oz. and 20 1/2 inches long. She came out with a giant cone head and Sean thought she was the color of roast beef but after a few quick breaths she turned perfect baby pink.
Mom and Baby are heathy and happy and ready to go home and settle in.
We are overjoyed! Below are some pics from the hospital where her Grandparents came to meet her. The Grandmas stood outside the delivery room door but thankfully they are soundproof!! Grandpa Rogers came in with a tux t-shirt to commemorate the occasion. This seemed like something Grandpa Gabel would have done but he has nothing to do with it at all.
